Alexis Arias López is a founding partner and director of the firm Trade & Law Services (TLS), with extensive experience in corporate law, consumer law, insurance, reinsurance, and real estate law. He advises and represents national and international companies in complex transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, trust structures, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance, positioning himself as a strategic and reliable lawyer for companies in various sectors. He is currently CEO of Escrow International Services, a fiduciary company specializing in trusts and escrow accounts, with operations in Costa Rica (Lindora, Tamarindo, Santa Teresa, and Cóbano).
