Alexis Arias López es socio fundador y director de la firma Trade & Law Services (TLS), con una amplia experiencia en derecho corporativo, derecho del consumidor, seguros, reaseguros y derecho inmobiliario. Asesora y representa empresas nacionales e internacionales en transacciones complejas, negociación y redacción de contratos, estructuras fiduciarias, resolución de conflictos y cumplimiento normativo, posicionándose como un abogado estratégico y confiable para compañías de distintos sectores. Actualmente es CEO de Escrow International Services, fiduciaria especializada en fideicomisos y cuentas escrow, con operaciones en Costa Rica (Lindora, Tamarindo, Santa Teresa y Cóbano). . Es también fundador Centro Futura de Mediación y Conciliación, especializado en mecanismos alternativos de resolución de conflictos en el ámbito empresarial y civil, brindando soluciones eficaces, imparciales y expeditas.
